Day 01

Arrive Delhi

Day 02

Take the train or drive to Shimla.

Day 03

In Shimla to acclimatize and to get necessary permits/ paper work etc.

Day 4 to Day 14

Safari begins by jeep, from Shimla moving onto Sarahan, Sangla (2,800m) in the Baspa valley exploring the Kamru village here and Kinnauri village at Chitkul (3,450m). Proceed to Jangi (2,300m) visiting Rekong Peo and Morang, Nako (3,450m), Tabo visiting the oldest and most important monastery in Himachal - the Tabo Monastery. Then continue via Dhankar (3,800m) - the ancient capital to village Kungri in the Pin valley (3,500m), Kaza to Tandi via Kunzomla in the Lahaul region, Lachungla from where we will enter Ladakh via the high pass of Baralaccha (4,900m) into Leh.
